Right to return

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, you have the right to cancel a purchased service or certificate within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Return conditions

• the certificate has not been activated or used;
• the certificate’s validity period has not expired.

How to arrange a return

1. Contact us: [email protected] or the phone number listed on our website.
2. Provide the certificate number and proof of payment.
3. We review your request and refund the payment.

Funds are refunded using the same method used for payment, approximately within 3–14 days (depending on the bank and payment system).

Certificate exchange

The certificate can be exchanged for another tour. When exchanging for a higher-level tour, the price difference is paid additionally.

Rescheduling due to bad weather

If a flight did not take place because of weather conditions, we reschedule it to another date at no extra charge. A weather-related reschedule is not a reason to withhold funds.

When a return or exchange is not possible

• the certificate has already been used;
• the certificate’s validity period (6 months) has expired;
• failure to show up for a booked flight without notice.
