While flights are suspended, we are not selling anything or accepting payment — we only accept requests with no payment. The rules below apply to certificates paid for earlier and to sales after flights resume.
Right to return
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, you have the right to cancel a purchased service or certificate within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Return conditions
- the certificate has not been activated or used;
- the certificate’s validity period has not expired.
How to arrange a return

- Provide the certificate number and proof of payment.
- We review your request and refund the payment.
Funds are refunded using the same method used for payment, approximately within 3–14 days (depending on the bank and payment system).
Certificate exchange
The certificate can be exchanged for another tour. When exchanging for a higher-level tour, the price difference is paid additionally.
Certificate validity
A certificate is valid for 6 months from the date flights resume. Certificates that were valid as of 24.02.2022 are extended on an individual basis — contact us with your certificate number.
Rescheduling due to bad weather
If a flight did not take place because of weather conditions, we reschedule it to another date at no extra charge. A weather-related reschedule is not a reason to withhold funds.
When a return or exchange is not possible
- the certificate has already been used;
- the certificate’s validity period has expired (regarding a possible extension, see the “Certificate validity” section);
- failure to show up for a booked flight without notice.
