At the moment, sightseeing flights are temporarily suspended due to the closure of Ukrainian airspace. We accept bookings and gift certificates for the future — as soon as flights resume, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date.
FAQ
Current situation
Yes. Certificates that were valid as of the start of the full-scale war — 24.02.2022 — have been automatically extended and remain valid. The validity does not expire: you will be able to use your certificate once flights resume.
Yes. You can purchase a certificate today — it makes a great gift — and take the flight after flights resume. The certificate has no expiry and does not burn out.
Booking & payment
You can book in any way convenient for you: via the booking form on the website, by phone, or through messengers (Instagram, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook).
The earlier the better, especially if you want a specific date and time. You can always contact us and we will find the nearest available slot.
We offer several options: online card payment on the website, cash (at self-pickup or at the airfield before departure), bank transfer, and payment for a certificate upon its receipt. When a certificate is delivered by Nova Poshta, payment is made online.
We offer a wide range of tours at different prices. Current prices are shown on each excursion page and in the booking constructor.
We recommend bringing an ID document — we register a flight application. For tours to the exclusion zone (Chornobyl / Pripyat) an ID document is mandatory.
Passengers & preparation
Like airlines, we have a weight limit. Passengers weighing over 120 kg pay for 1.5 seats — this is related to the weight and balance of the helicopter.
It depends on the helicopter type: Robinson R44 — up to 3 passengers, our other helicopters — 4–5 passengers. A group can fly together on one aircraft.
Yes. If you are flying solo, contact us in any convenient way — we will try to include you in a group.
No worries — we have options for this. Contact us and we will help arrange a flight.
Yes, children can fly accompanied by adults. Under aviation rules there is no specific minimum age for passengers, however each passenger (including a child) occupies a separate seat with a seat belt. For flying with children, especially toddlers, please contact us in advance — we agree the conditions individually.
A helicopter flight is quite calm, but we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand. Please let us know when booking.
Any clothing is fine — the helicopter cabin is comfortable in any weather. For better photos we recommend avoiding light and very shiny colours (to prevent window glare); footwear should be comfortable.
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure — this time is needed for the safety briefing and to meet your pilot before the flight. We will send the exact location and details after your booking is confirmed.
Yes, you can bring a small amount of luggage — it is included in the tour price. The Robinson R44 has no separate luggage compartment, so items are placed in the cabin; the Eurocopter EC120 and Bell 407 have a dedicated compartment for larger items. Please arrange bulky or heavy items with us in advance.
Safety & pilots
The company has been operating helicopter flights for over 25 years. Our pilots’ flight time is typically over 10,000 hours. Helicopter maintenance is carried out by a certified company — the airline «Prominterservice». You can review the permits in the «Licenses» section.
Most of our passengers fly for the first time — and are delighted. A helicopter flight is smooth, and an experienced pilot is always beside you. If you are nervous, choose a shorter route for your first taste of the sky.
During the flight
To see what you have never seen before, from a bird’s-eye view — landscapes that are inaccessible from the ground. It’s vivid emotions and a wonderful gift.
We offer tours on various themes, so you have a choice. If you have special wishes about the route — we will take them into account.
An extra landing is included in the «Church on the Water» tour. We can also arrange an extra landing on a separate request.
We cannot guarantee this, since seating passengers in the cabin is entirely up to the pilot — it is necessary for the correct balancing of the helicopter.
Yes, photography is allowed. The ability to open the viewing window depends on the helicopter model (on the Robinson R44 the curved glass shapes allow good shots even without opening).
No. Photography is free for our passengers.
We offer different times at the client’s request. Flights take place during daylight hours — it is important to return before sunset.
Robinson R44 (range 560 km, cruising speed 180 km/h, capacity 3 passengers + pilot), Eurocopter and others. More details — in the «Helicopters» section.
Yes, depending on the location. Landing within the city is regulated and requires approval — contact us and we will advise the options.
We are located in Hydropark (Kyiv), about 15 minutes’ drive from the city centre. The point is marked on the map in the relevant section; parking is available.
Weather & rescheduling
If the weather forecast for the day of your tour is unfavourable, we: a) try to reschedule the flight to another convenient time at no extra cost; b) refund the payment if needed. Safety comes first, so flights are not operated in non-flying weather.
Yes, you can reschedule the flight to another convenient date — just let us know in advance. The exact cancellation and refund terms — see the «Refund Policy».
