1. General
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how personal data of visitors and customers of helitour.com.ua (the “Site”) is collected, used, stored and protected. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”), as the Site also targets visitors from the EU, and on applicable Ukrainian data-protection law. By using the Site and providing your data, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

4. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling requests, bookings and providing services — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Contacting you about your request, confirming the date, consulting — contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b), 6(1)(f));

5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies. Analytics and advertising cookies are activated only after your consent in the banner; until then the relevant Google services run in “denied” mode (Google Consent Mode v2) and collect no data. See the Cookie Policy for details.
6. Who we share data with (processors and third parties)
We do not sell your personal data. To provide our services we use trusted providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

Some providers (in particular Google, Meta, Cloudflare) may process data outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area. Such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: request and customer data — for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and dispute resolution; accounting records — for statutory periods; analytics data — per service settings (typically up to 14 months). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Ukrainian law you have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; erase data (“right to be forgotten”); restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal); and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, e-mail [email protected]. In Ukraine the supervisory authority is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU — the data protection authority of your country of residence.
10. Is providing data mandatory
Providing contact data to place a request is necessary to deliver the service: without it we cannot process your booking or contact you. Consent to analytics/advertising cookies is voluntary and does not affect your ability to use the Site or order services.
11. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions producing legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing or profiling.
12. Data security
We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions, backups, server protection. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
13. Children’s data
The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16 without parental or guardian consent.
