Three corporate formats
A joint flight. The team arrives at the site together. One helicopter takes up to 3 passengers, so a larger group flies in several flights, one after another: while some are in the air, the others cheer from the ground — and that is the best part of a company event. In our experience there have been orders for 8–9 flights in a row and parallel departures on several helicopters.
Certificates for employees. Everyone receives a gift certificate (you can slip a “from whom” note into the envelope) and chooses the flight date themselves; if they wish, they can switch to a longer route by paying the difference. Handy for distributed teams: the gift is handed over at a meeting or sent out, and everyone plans the flight to suit themselves.
An event for partners. The flight as part of a business programme: a meeting, a flight over the city, photos beside the helicopter — arranged in advance with the manager. The format is tailored to your scenario.
How it works for a company
- Payment by invoice. We work with legal entities: the manager will arrange the invoice, the contract and the accounting documents once we open sales.
- The cost depends on the format: the number of flights, the route, the date. Leave a request — the manager will calculate options for your budget and headcount.
- Planning. For group flights it’s worth agreeing the date well ahead — the manager will put together a departure schedule for your event.
- Photos and video on your own phones are always free; a shoot beside the helicopter can be arranged separately with the manager — with your own photographer.
Why it works as a gift
A flight has no size or colour and doesn’t require guessing anyone’s taste. It works equally well for an engineer and a director: Kyiv from a bird’s-eye view — the Dnipro, the bridges, the Motherland Monument — impresses everyone alike.
