This is the most frequently asked question in the history of our company — and the one it is easiest to get wrong. Here is how helicopter flight pricing works, what the routes over Kyiv cost in 2026, and how to choose yours.
The key point: the price is for the whole helicopter, not per person
A helicopter tour is sold as a charter of the entire helicopter with a pilot. The Robinson R44 takes up to 3 passengers on board, and the route price is a single price for all three. Fly as a trio and you split the cost between you; fly as a couple or on your own and the price stays the same — the spare seat simply stays empty and the flight becomes private.
This is exactly where the confusion starts, and it has put off more than one customer in the past: people see the price, assume it is per person, multiply by three — and walk away. In fact it is the other way round: the listed price is the final price for the whole helicopter.
The only restriction is a combined passenger weight of up to 250 kg.

Shared flight: one seat instead of the whole helicopter
On the short routes (12, 18 and 24 minutes) there is a shared flight option: you buy a single seat, and the helicopter departs once three passengers have signed up — most often at weekends. A seat on the shared flight on the 12-minute route costs 2,533 UAH.
It is the lower-cost way in, but it comes with waiting: the flight only departs with a full load. If you want to fly at your own time with your own company, book the whole helicopter.
What is included in the price
- the flight along the route with an experienced pilot;
- a safety briefing before departure;
- getting acquainted with the helicopter and photos on the ground;
- insurance for every passenger.
No prepayment is required for a flight — you book a date, come to the aerodrome and pay on the day of departure. If the flight does not take place because of the weather, we reschedule it for a convenient date or refund your money.
A gift certificate is a different story: it is a ready-made gift, paid for on receipt — in person at pickup or by Nova Poshta cash on delivery.
A few words about safety
Flights are operated on Robinson R44 helicopters — one of the most widely used civilian helicopters in the world. Every flight is flown by a pilot with many years of experience, the routes are approved, and every passenger is insured. Weather limits are always interpreted in favour of safety: if the weather is doubtful, the flight is rescheduled.

- Do they demand full prepayment? If so, be wary.
- What happens if the weather is unfit for flying? The honest answer is rescheduling or a refund.
- Who is the pilot and how many flight hours do they have? A company with nothing to hide answers directly.
