How to place an order

1. Choose a tour or a gift certificate on the website.
2. Book and pay for your order online — or leave a request and our manager will contact you to confirm.
3. We confirm the order and agree on the date and time of the flight or the way you receive the certificate.
4. You receive the certificate by your chosen method and book a convenient flight date.

Payment

• Online by card — Visa/Mastercard, secure (3D-Secure). Funds are credited instantly.
• Cash — on site, on the day of the flight, by prior arrangement.
• Bank transfer — for legal entities, by invoice (by arrangement).

We provide proof of payment for every order.

Delivery of the gift certificate

• Pick-up at our site — Hydropark mini-aerodrome, Kyiv (departure point), daily 10:00–19:00, free of charge.
• Nova Poshta — across Ukraine: branch, parcel locker or courier. Estimated time — 1–3 business days. Delivery is charged at Nova Poshta rates and paid by the recipient.

To collect the parcel at Nova Poshta you will need the recipient’s name, phone number and the waybill number (TTN) for tracking.

Certificate validity and format

The gift certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The certificate is a bearer certificate: it can be used by any person who presents it, so it makes a convenient gift.
