Licences and permits

Helitour is the brand under which helicopter tours and charter flights are organised. Passenger transport itself is carried out by our aviation partner, airline «Prominterservice», which holds all the required state licenses and certificates. All flights are performed under the supervision of the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine.
